Most people see the shape and think Danish – laminated, flaky pastry that goes soggy fast. This is different. A Polish drożdżówka is made from an enriched yeast dough with eggs, butter, and milk. Softer, more structured, closer to brioche.

Baked fresh daily, the kind of thing that works with morning coffee or mid-afternoon without asking much of you.
